Actress Andrea Evans, known for her roles on popular soap operas such as "One Life to Live," "The Bold and The Beautiful," and "Passions," passed away at the age of 66.

Evans lost her battle with breast cancer at her residence in Pasadena, California, on Sunday, as confirmed by her representative Nick Leicht.

Evans made her television debut in 1978 with the NBC miniseries "The Awakening Land," portraying the character Fay Morrison Wheeler.

In 1979, she joined the cast of the ABC drama "One Life to Live" as Tina Clayton, also known as Tina Lord, a role she played on multiple occasions until her last appearance in 2011.

Apart from her notable stint on "One Life to Live," Evans became an iconic figure in the soap opera world with additional roles on "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," and "Passions."

She portrayed Patty Williams Abbott on "The Young and the Restless" from 1983 to 1984, and Tawny Moore on "The Bold and The Beautiful" from 1999 to 2000 and later in 2010-2011.
